Phase 1 – DA Approved
Local council issuing of Development Approval (DA).

Phase 2 – Construction Certificate
This certificate confirms that the construction plans and development specifications are consistent with the development consent, and comply with the Building Code of Australia and any other council requirements.
UP COMING
Phase 3 – Civil Works Start
Once Construction Certificate received, the initial bulk earthworks will begin. This is where your new neighbourhood starts to take shape. Topsoil is removed, preparation and reshaping of the ground begin to allow road construction, individual lot levels and surface drainage for an entire subdivision stage. At this phase, each construction stage is provided with trunk sewers and each lot is connected to reticulated sewer services. Underground drainage infrastructure is then installed for drainage of roads and a provision of a drainage connection point to each lot.
Phase 4 – Curb & Gutters
Once all services and utilities are completed, we return to complete roadworks by sealing roads with asphalt and completing footpaths. Your new street springs to life as the subgrade are laid for stability and then the curb and gutter are installed to manage stormwater.
Phase 5 – Practical Completion
Upon practical completion, it’s then up to the local council and other external authorities to provide their consent – after the testing of services, to the formal statement of compliance, certifying that your lot meets the approved plans and higher standards of construction.
Phase 6 – Subdivision Certificate
After formal assessment by the council, the Subdivision Certificate will be issued for the developer to submit Land Registration.
Phase 7 – Land Registration
Completion of registration paves the way for settlement of your land purchase to take place. You will receive a land registration notice from the solicitor and get ready for the settlement.
Phase 8 – Settlement
The Land title is transferred to you. You can now start building your brand new home at 1881 Tullimbar.
