Purchasing Procedure

Step 1: Choose Your Block of Land

Our sales consultant will help you select a block of land that best suits your budget and requirements.

Discuss with your builder to ensure your block complements your chosen house design.

Step 2: Secure Your Lot

Pay a $2,500 reservation fee to secure your lot.

Provide purchaser(s)’ details and purchaser solicitor details.

Sales Advice will be issued once the reservation fee is paid and all required details are provided.

Step 3: Sales Advice Digital Sign-Off

Purchaser(s) must digitally sign the Sales Advice within 48 hours of issuance.

If the Sales Advice is not signed within 48 hours, the reservation will be cancelled, and the $2,500 reservation fee will be fully refunded.

Step 4: Contract Issuance and Exchange

Once the Sales Advice is signed off, the Contract will be issued to your solicitor/conveyancer within 7 days to be exchanged from the issue day. Your block of land will be taken off the market during this 7-day period.

If you do not proceed to exchange contracts within this period:

  • A $440 non-refundable contract handling fee will be charged.
  • Cancellation Advice will be issued.
  • $2,060 of the reservation fee will be returned to you.

If you are willing to proceed with the purchase, signed contact and 5% deposit required. (the full deposit is now non-refundable)

Step 5: Settlement

For unregistered land: Settlement is due 21 days from registration of title.

For registered land: Settlement is due 28 days from unconditional exchange, or as specified in the Contract for Sale.

Additional Notes

The Principal has no obligation to sell this property, and you have no obligation to buy this property until contracts are exchanged.
